Polished concrete
Premium finish
Mechanically polished concrete is the premium finish, it is a beautiful, hard-wearing, scratch-resistant, low maintenance, flooring solution for all types of concrete.
Mechanically polished concrete is achieved through a 15+ step process where the concrete is ground to the desired stone exposure. The floor is grouted and a concrete hardener is applied, multiple resin polishing stages are then completed to the desired gloss level. The process is finished with an application of penetrating sealer and then buffed.
Surface polish
Industrial look premium finish
A surface polish is an increasingly popular industrial look that achieves nil to light exposure.
However not all concrete can achieve this look, it requires the concrete to be adequately finished by the concreter prior to the polishing process.
We recommend consulting us before the slab is poured to ensure the highest quality finish.
Grind and seal
Cost effective solution
Grind and seal is a more economical floor finish compared to polished concrete; it achieves a similar look without the same durability as mechanically polished concrete.
The floor is ground to the desired stone exposure before a topical sealer is applied which achieves an aesthetically pleasing, stain resistant floor.
Acid etching
Premium outdoor finish
Concrete is ground to full exposure we then apply hydrochloric acid to provide slip resistant finish before coating with a clear sealer.
Acid etching is a stunning alternative for a footpath, driveway, alfresco areas, patios or pool surrounds.
Epoxy
Classic commercial finish
Epoxy is a classic commercial finish also suited to retail settings, epoxy coatings consist of two liquid components a resin and a hardener.
Floor preparation and levelling
We can provide floor grinding and levelling along with demolition works such as tile and glue removal. in order to achieve the best results we follow a 10+ step process
